01. How do we book you for a session?
Booking a session is easy! You can book directly via my website at www.kmerrittphotography.com.au/book, or reach out to me via email at kmerrittphotography@hotmail.com or call 0418601981. I’ll guide you through the process and help secure the perfect time for your session.
04. Do you have a cancellation policy?
Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 48 hours prior to the appointment. Please be aware that the deposit paid during booking is non-refundable. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
02. What types of sessions do you offer?
I specialise in capturing maternity, newborns, children, families, seasonal mini sessions, cake smash celebrations, kinder graduation milestones, and pet portraits. Each session is tailored to reflect the unique personality and story of my clients.
05. What happens if my child doesn't want to participate?
It's completely normal for young children to feel uncertain or hesitant during a photo session, and we totally understand. Kids can be unpredictable, and sometimes they may not feel like participating or know what to expect. This is absolutely okay!
If this happens, we’ll take a short break to give your child some time to relax and feel comfortable. You can soothe them with a snack, some playtime, or a cuddle, and we’ll gently ease back into the session when they’re ready. Rest assured, we will never force photos or rush you out—our priority is to create a positive and enjoyable experience for you and your little one. That’s our promise!
03. What payment options do you accept?
I prefer payment in cash on the day of your session; however, you are also welcome to pay via direct deposit, PayID, or credit card. To secure your session date, a non-refundable session fee of $100 is required. This can be paid via direct deposit, credit card, or cash, and will be deducted from your package price after your session has taken place.
