Hi, I'm Katie, the owner of KMerritt Photography, a photography business that specialises in capturing the essence of newborns, children, and their families.

Having a passion for photography from a young age, I finally decided to pursue my dream in 2018 after being a Childcare Educator for over 20 years. I wanted to make sure I could continue being surrounded by little ones on a daily basis. As a result, I decided to combine my love for photography with my desire to be surrounded by little ones, resulting in me specialising in newborns, children, and families portraiture.

I understand the importance of preserving those moments and details that mean so much to families. From maternity photos to newborn sessions, sibling pictures, and family portraits, I am dedicated to capturing the essence of each family I photograph.
