When planning your maternity session, it’s important to coordinate tones and textures without identically matching each other. This creates a harmonious look while ensuring each person stands out. Remember, I have a small client wardrobe available for you to use during your session if you choose.
Outfits for Your Partner and Kids
When deciding what your partner and kids should wear, aim for coordination rather than matching. If everyone wears the same colour, you’ll blend into each other, making it hard to see the separation. Instead, choose complementary colours. Pinterest is a great resource for finding colour combinations and getting ideas.
Fabrics to Avoid
Avoid stiff cotton fabrics as they don’t flow nicely and can become very wrinkly. Opt for materials that drape well and enhance your natural shape.
